This is going to be one of the "nicer" days as we approach the weekend and winter storm possibilities. A "Winter Storm Watch" is up, rain Thursday will become icy overnight early Friday, and eventually change over to snow. Another big concern, strong winds associated with the LOW pressure that is bringing us this mess. IF we get icing on tree limbs, those winds could help blow them down, in turn, causing some power outages.
