WARMER!

...
Okay... now we're talking! Sunshine... temps back to near 60 for the weekend... complaints? Anyone? Anyone? didn't think so.

We are "Warming back up!"

North winds continue to bring a cool breeze to the region.

Coastal Erosion was a big concern with the latest storm climbing the mid Atlantic Coast.

The Memphis Sports world hit the "daily double" Wednesday with great news from our Memphis Tigers as well as our Memphis Grizzlies!

We were talking "Bald Eagles" this morning on Daybreak, and one spotted in DeSoto county, here's some more info on Eagle viewing! This email came to me this morning:

My name is Andrew Strickland. I'm the Supervisory Park Ranger at Sardis Lake. We have many eagles at Sardis which can be seen daily.
Each January, we also have the Bald Eagle Survey where volunteers are encouraged to come out and assist us in counting these birds.
If you would like more information on daily viewing possibilities, please contact me or Park Ranger Cody Scruggs at the Sardis Lake Field Office at 662-563-4531. We would be glad to assist you.

Thanks Andrew for sharing this!

The Academy Awards will be Sunday night, but what do they "really mean" to the performers?

Click on the box to the left to learn more about this weekends "Southern Women's Show" or click "HERE" to learn more about Memphis in May, and the music fest.

Headliners will be in Memphis tonight at the FedExForum. Look for Reba and George tonight, Eric Friday night, and the Tigers on the court Saturday.

In Daybreak Trivia:

A famous Canadian Comedian, and which President, first to be inaugurated in DC? My "canadian Comedian" trivia question got bumped for the "14th Colony" question..
