New Month

...
Welcome to March, new month, same old weather. We're still running "below normal" with our temperatures. Highs should be near 60, lows near 40 for this time of year. We're minus 10-15. Cloudy and cool for the next 48 hours, slight chance for sprinkles to our south tonight.

Our weather has been peaceful, but in Europe, very strong storms have been deadly.

Spent a lot of time over the weekend following the aftermath from that powerful earthquake in Chile, and the potential for a Tsunami in Hawaii. Does this spell impending trouble for US?

Also, the Olympics coming to an end with a dramatic overtime finish in Mens Hockey. USA taking home the Silver, the home country with the Gold. They are likely still partying this morning in Vancouver.

Jimmy and the number 48, up to their same old tricks in Vegas over the weekend.

What's the latest on the Tigers and the Grizzlies... ?

Our "$300, 2 times between 6-7am" is winding down, today, tomorrow and Wednesday, be watching for your "cue" to call and win! Good Luck.

In Daybreak Trivia: It was on this date that John F Kennedy established the Peace Corp, but what year was it? And, in 1936, the Hoover Dam began producing hydro electricity for California and Nevada... what "Water Source" drives that energy?
