Breezy, Wet, Cold

Cloudy, breezy and cooler across the Mid-South today. Snow-Rain mix this morning not causing any trouble, as temps will remain well above freezing. Turning warmer by weeks end.

Trouble is shifting to the East.

February 2010 has gone into the record book as the 11th coldest on record, with an average temperature of 37.4 degrees

And THIS HASN'T HAPPENED in some 60 years, what we DIDN'T have in February.
