made it midweek

....
Good morning, and welcome to day 237 of warm, dry weather here in the Mid-South... chance for a break in the warm weather this weekend with a front bringing clouds, and a chance for rain, along with cooler temps. (maybe as early as Friday night.)

Speaking of cooler temps... and SNOW... get this!

Lots of "earthquakes" in the news lately, last night, a big one in China.

Our Craig Brewer is set to direct the next version of "Footloose" a film that will be "set in Tennessee" but probably not filmed here. He'll be looking for a new leading man now.

Are you a fan of the "Price is Right?" Look for a special guest this Friday. Watch it here on WREG News Channel 3 at 10am weekday mornings. In other "afternoon related" CBS news, a new show to replace "As the world turns?"

He's announced a new show on a cable network, and is "off and running" with his stand up tour.

He's know for his song "Photograph" as well as being in a popular band, (okay, the most famous band in the world) but now it's "Autographs" that he's talking about, as in "not doing them" anymore.

You've heard that the US Postal Service may drop down to 5 days a week delivery instead of 6.

Space walkers from the Shuttle Discovery wrapping up their third space walk Tuesday, will start packing up, getting ready to come home next Monday. Atlantis is prepped for a May 14th lift off from KSC.

In Daybreak Trivia: After the Lincoln assassination, and who steps in?,

and the Titanic, what year was that fateful first trip?
