...The rain, has arrived. And it's going to be holding on most of the day. We're talking about "alot" of rain here. Parts of east Arkansas will end up with 5-7 inches of rain, west Tennessee, north Mississippi 2-4 inches. Flash Flood Warnings will be in effect through out the morning hours.

If there is any good news, watch the rain settle down later this afternoon, skies will clear for the weekend, and it will be a bit cooler, but DRY. Especially for the "trick or treaters" tomorrow night.
